For sometime now (a long, long time) I have been wanting to get back into a Toyota. I was upside down on my trade in and was apprehensive about how I would be received by the sales associate and finance pe to get back into a Toyota. I have to say that I have never been treated with more respect and friendliness when making any purchase. Charlie was so nice and understood my apprehension. I had alot of questions about the different models and he answered each of them with patience and knowledge of the vehicles. Even though I was leaning toward a 6 cylinder, I asked questions about the difference in the cylinders. He had me drive each . Charlie pointed out the options on the vehicles and was very helpful.
