This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I called about the car and had a discussion over the phone with Terry Morris. I told him that everything sounded good and made an appointment to come in the next day. When I went in the next day and everything was just as we talked about. There were no lies, no bait and switch, everything was for once just what was discussed and overall was such a wonderful experience. Right away, I was able to see the vehicle that I wanted to purchase, take it for a test drive and find know everything that I needed to about the vehicle. I found Claudia to be very friendly and interested in why I was looking at the Prius.We looked at the various models and as we looked she "explained" the car.
