Waiting for the part was the problem Individuals at the dealership were attentive, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Problem was with the warehouse waiting for a radio to be shipped to be installed in my car. Warehouse indicated to the dealership radio would be delivered in 10 days to 2 weeks . Came back closer to 3 weeks which created a real problem for me as my son needed the car up at school during the weekend but part arrived on Monday. Dealership installed ASAP which was great but unfortunately was too late given car needed to be up north on Saturday. In summary service dept service was solid. Problem was with mother Toyota.waiting for the part to be delivered which took a long long time More
