Drop off was very chaotic I arrived for a 9:15 service appointment. There was a line of cars out to the Post Rd waiting for the service department. At the direction of a sale I arrived for a 9:15 service appointment. There was a line of cars out to the Post Rd waiting for the service department. At the direction of a sales gentleman I pulled up next to the first car in line and waited for attention. The receptionist came out and snippily asked what I was doing and to move to the end of the line. I had to turn around and since there was no space at the end of the line had to wait in the side lot while three additional cars pulled into line. It would have been helpful to have someone direct traffic. More
