This was the second best decision that I've made regarding my car. The first was the decision to purchase my vehicle from this location! Be it sales or service, I have been happy with my experience! From my service registration/intake with Torry to my service consult with Alisa, I felt like I was visiting family! They take good care of my vehicle. Alisa informed me of every aspect of what I needed. The result of my service visit: I will need new tires soon! Alisa even provided suggested tire brands that are compatible with my vehicle. And, Karla pleasantly scheduled my next appointment. Then, she brought the "Sweepstakes Promotion" process to my attention! Alisa patiently waited for me to get that information.
