Great experience I had an issue with my used Toyota FJ that I bought from Greenwich Toyota, and not only am I happy with the truck, but with the dealership. My CD play I had an issue with my used Toyota FJ that I bought from Greenwich Toyota, and not only am I happy with the truck, but with the dealership. My CD player had an error which I found had happened to some others in the past, The service dept not only diagnosed it, but got a refurb unit out of New Jersey overnight. The radio is no longer even made, but they did there best and it was installed the next day. Mike in the front sales dept wouldn’t charge me either. I love doing business with places that truly stand by their commitment to customer service, would have given more stars if I could have. More
