The review is about the technicians who worked on my 4Runner. Granted, I took my brand new 4Runner to install an aftermarket front suspension that required relocating the sway bar. Suspension package co 4Runner. Granted, I took my brand new 4Runner to install an aftermarket front suspension that required relocating the sway bar. Suspension package comes with the relocation kit, very simple. However, I made a point that I want the master tech ti do the job as it’s serious work with expensive parts. They put a young trainee who obviously didn’t follow the torque specs on the swag bar bolt. Toyota has a welded nut inside the cavity of the frame for the sway bar bracket. They broke off one of the welded nuts. They did put a regular nuts in place and made it work but the brand new truck is considered damaged, though minor. Upon completion they never told me about this. More

This is a great dealership. Buying a used car can be stressful, but Dave Sullivan and Wayne Ford were very helpful and accommodating during the negotiation process. However, it was after the sale was completed that they really went above and beyond by following up and making some additional repairs on the car that we didn't notice during the test drive. Wayne personally checked status of the work, contacted me with updates and made sure the car was delivered before our scheduled trip - THANK YOU FOR THIS.
