Purchased and service a new car here. I think these guys do a very good job. Like all car dealers, you have to negotiate when buying a new car. Connecticut allows dealers to charge exorbi I think these guys do a very good job. Like all car dealers, you have to negotiate when buying a new car. Connecticut allows dealers to charge exorbitant fees that get added to the price of the vehicle. You have to be willing to price the car at different dealers, but in the end these guys will cut you a very fair deal versus other dealers in the area, including New York dealers. Overall, I have been pleased with their service staff as well. I do a lot of my own maintenance on my car and from what I have seen everything they have done to my car has been first rate. More

Leaking Tire I brought my 2013 Corolla to Toyota of Greenwich because my right rear tire was leaking air. The first day I brought it in there was no one available I brought my 2013 Corolla to Toyota of Greenwich because my right rear tire was leaking air. The first day I brought it in there was no one available to check the tire, so they just filled it with air. I brought it back the second day and was told it could not be repaired and I would need to buy two new front tires. The tires were put on and balanced quickly and I was driven to my home and picked up by the courtesy van. The service manager was friendly and helpful, and the woman who took my payment was the same. I give Toyota of Greenwich a 5 star rating!!! I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for servicing. Also, there is a very nice waiting room with coffee, tea and donuts if you would like to wait for your vehicle. I would like to especially mention Jay O'Connell, my service manager and Christian, the technician who worked on my vehicle for a job well done. -Suzanne Paluszek More
