The best dealership we have EVER been to! We are still in amazement, almost a month later, at the incredible experience we had at Greenwich Toyota. We were returning a rental car to the dealership and Jeff in Sales just saw us outside and offered assistance. He somehow knew to ask if we were in the market for a new car, and we were, but 4 bad dealerships later (including another Toyota one), we were still without a new car. Jeff worked with us and with Bob, the Manager and they not only got us the car we wanted but an amazing deal!!! Bob and Jeff so much time, care and effort to help our family and we will never go to another dealership again. Toyota Greenwich is the best!!!! More

Jay is the best I go to Toyota of Greenwich because Jay always takes such good care of us. He is patient, considerate and realistic regarding issues around our 2005 L I go to Toyota of Greenwich because Jay always takes such good care of us. We just paid to fix it again so hopefully it will work this time but we would love a refund for last time. More
