Impressive I arrived before opening hours, as I had to get to my landscape crew early. I was prepared to wait, but was checked in right away. Long wait Jay was very nice and efficient. I understand that service maintenances can take a while. However, when I arrived for my 9:15 appointment there were Jay was very nice and efficient. I understand that service maintenances can take a while. However, when I arrived for my 9:15 appointment there were approx. 6 cars simultaneously arriving. I'm sure it was a combination of tardiness, early arrivers, and overbooking. However, it resulted in me waiting 2 hours for a routine check up that has taken maximum of 45 minutes at other dealerships. Last week it took an hour and a half for our other car to be serviced, so perhaps it's a symptom of this location. The waiting room is comfortable enough, but the TV, moderately loudly playing the Today Show, was driving me a bit bonkers. Though of course, I could have left to go home and come back when the car was done. That is what I will be doing in future. More

Broken mirror I grazed a downed tree after a storm that had partially fallen across the road. The damage was a broken right side mirror. Julio and others tried to "fix it" but in the end I needed a new mirror. The Toyota cost of that part was unconscionable and when added to the labor it was a very expensive repair given the issue. But the dealership worked hard to do it for less and gave me a rapid service time so that I was not without the mirror any longer than necessary. More
