This was the nicest and friendliest car dealership and serv From the moment that I walked into the dealership I was greeted with hellos handshakes and hugs everyone could not have been more attentive and kept m From the moment that I walked into the dealership I was greeted with hellos handshakes and hugs everyone could not have been more attentive and kept me up-to-date every few minutes of what was going on with the repairs for my car as well as ordering parts that we're going to take an hour to be delivered. Julio answered unexplained any questions I had and was on top of his game all morning with various customers and solving any problems or issues arrived with enthusiasm and a smile. While I was waiting enjoying coffee and donuts various other sales people would come by and say hello, catch up and make small talk and I was continuously greeted with big hellos and hugs. After my car was repaired I was walked outside and one of the technicians went over things with me to make sure that everything was repaired properly and functioning as it should. I I have never encountered a dealership service department that was so helpful friendly and thorough it is truly refreshing in this day and age to have such a personable business and incredible employees thank you all! More

Personalized, efficient care I had a Sat am appt. with lots to do after. The car was ready an hour early. There was an issue with my Bluetooth and they brought me to the back to w I had a Sat am appt. with lots to do after. The car was ready an hour early. There was an issue with my Bluetooth and they brought me to the back to work with the technician and my phone so they could be sure it was done to my satisfaction. I also have a dent and need body work, which they don’t do there. They took pics and sent them to the body shop, who will email me a quote. They also agreed to get me a loaner when I book the repair! This saved me numerous steps! Julio was very personable and accommodating. My warantee is running out, so Julio booked my next visit a bit early to be sure I’m still covered. Thank you Greenwich Toyota! This is why I’m driving my third car from you. More

If there was any notable difference, it was that I was introduced to more of the staff! Julio (Zallo) represents the Toyota of Greenwich in an exemplary manner! He provided the perfect combination of professionalism and humanism. At one point, Julio politely interrupted my intake to assist an elderly customer exiting the service area. I am not easily impressed. But, I could easily tell that this was his genuine nature; nothing pretentious in this act. In conclusion, My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. The work performed during my visit was thoroughly explained. And, all questions were answered before I could ask them. That usually doesn't happen outside of television and movies!
