Diagnosed the isaue(s) got me in I have had two last minute mini emergency visits in the past week and a half. The Service Dept staff have been great. Diagnosed the isaue(s) got me in and out the same day and even performed several recall checks and maintenance items while the cars were in the shops. The staff was friendly and so far I have no issues with the work done on my 99 4Runner. I have been servicing this car at this dealership since I purchased it from a close relative in 2002. One note for the management to contemplate: you might consider monitoring the TV content in the waiting room. As you may know some of the network programming these days is quite politically charged and may offend some customers. More
