Service visit I had my second scheduled maintenance service appointment. Once again I was impressed by the efficiency of the Toyota of Greenwich service department. I had my second scheduled maintenance service appointment. Once again I was impressed by the efficiency of the Toyota of Greenwich service department. I was able to pull right up and was greeted immediately by a staff member who collected the necessary information and directed me to the service department. Again I was immediately greeted by a service representative who had all my information and asked if I had any other issues.( I did). As I was waiting I was directed to a comfortable waited room with complementary coffee and tea. The service department found the reason for the issue I was concerned about and my rep explained the problem and they cost. To get me out quickly they even assigned 2 workers to my repair. They were finished in the time I was quoted and the cost was less than estimated. I continue to be completely satisfied with Toyota of Greenwich More

Great service I came in for a scheduled service today that was supposed to take 90 to 120 minutes. I was out again in under an hour while the friendly and competen I came in for a scheduled service today that was supposed to take 90 to 120 minutes. I was out again in under an hour while the friendly and competent associate kept me informed about the progress. He walked me through all the steps and tasks before and after the service. In the meantime, I was able to actually get some work done in the comfortable waiting area. A great experience! More
I was told not the truth on June 21 2017 i traded in my 2014 Land crusier for a New 2016 Land Crusier as i drove out i felt that somthing has changed with this car & is not th on June 21 2017 i traded in my 2014 Land crusier for a New 2016 Land Crusier as i drove out i felt that somthing has changed with this car & is not the same as i was used to for the last 5 years The steering is so stiff & the transmsion has to meany geers to switch & it feels like the car is shivering when you start to drive any time your stoped at a light or so . the next morning i call & text the dealer & ask him to give me back my trade as this is not the same he tried to push me off kind of helping but all in all the answer was that the Car has been sold not once or twice did he say this to me THE CAR IS SOLD when in fact its now 6 months later & the Car is still in his Lot For Sale Pre-Owned 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser Stock # 18182 Mileage: 31,484 Our Price $55,997 very ery unhappy when somone dose not tell you the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called Toyota of Greenwich and spoke with Julio and Jay in Service about the symptoms and they fit my truck into the schedule right away and gave me a loaner vehicle. The truck is good as new in under a day and the price was very fair. I have been serving my FJ Cruiser at Toyota of Greenwich for 10 years now and have no complaints. They always provide topnotch service and are courteous. They explain clearly what was done. I recommend this dealership highly to many people. I LOVE my FJ Cruiser and only wish I had purchased it from this dealer. More

I told them some of the deals we found for Camry SE convenient package that was the same in their showroom & They said they will match. We went over the next day & They not only honored our agreement, but did a little better on the price to keep us. The whole process took less than three hours. And we for the car that same day. More

Jay O'Connell was my service advisor and he explained the details of the service work that was done. The shuttle service is so convenient. My car was ready in the estimated time frame, which means so much! Karla Fiallo was very courteous and friendly helping me check out. She had a date set for my next appointment, and had my car brought up in no time. You can tell that they care about how the customer feels at this location. More
