Service visit I had my second scheduled maintenance service appointment. Once again I was impressed by the efficiency of the Toyota of Greenwich service department. I had my second scheduled maintenance service appointment. Once again I was impressed by the efficiency of the Toyota of Greenwich service department. I was able to pull right up and was greeted immediately by a staff member who collected the necessary information and directed me to the service department. Again I was immediately greeted by a service representative who had all my information and asked if I had any other issues.( I did). As I was waiting I was directed to a comfortable waited room with complementary coffee and tea. The service department found the reason for the issue I was concerned about and my rep explained the problem and they cost. To get me out quickly they even assigned 2 workers to my repair. They were finished in the time I was quoted and the cost was less than estimated. I continue to be completely satisfied with Toyota of Greenwich More

Great service I came in for a scheduled service today that was supposed to take 90 to 120 minutes. I was out again in under an hour while the friendly and competent associate kept me informed about the progress. He walked me through all the steps and tasks before and after the service. In the meantime, I was able to actually get some work done in the comfortable waiting area. A great experience! More

I called Toyota of Greenwich and spoke with Julio and Jay in Service about the symptoms and they fit my truck into the schedule right away and gave me a loaner vehicle. The truck is good as new in under a day and the price was very fair. I have been serving my FJ Cruiser at Toyota of Greenwich for 10 years now and have no complaints. They always provide topnotch service and are courteous. They explain clearly what was done. I recommend this dealership highly to many people. I LOVE my FJ Cruiser and only wish I had purchased it from this dealer. More
