We met the most professional and honest salesperson, Dave Sullivan. He answered all my questions, returned my phone calls promptly, and all in all, was the most amazing sales person one could ask for! We found a great FJ Cruiser for my son..and there was even a blue bow put on that truck when my son went to pick it up. Needless to say, it made my his day! I was very impressed by Dave Sullivan, and I had the most wonderful experience with this dealership. I would highly, highly, recommend Dave Sullivan, and their business manager, Neel Casimir. More
Unprofessional Service People I had an appointment set up for 8-19-17 to have the 20,000 mile service done on a Toyota Venza. The dealer had just done the 15,000 mile service earl I had an appointment set up for 8-19-17 to have the 20,000 mile service done on a Toyota Venza. The dealer had just done the 15,000 mile service early in May. It only had 12,000 miles at the time, but we were taking a trip in June - so I brought it in. My daughter took a job in Boston, and Sat., Aug. 19th was her moving date. The best I could do was reschedule for 6 days later - August 25th. Absolutely no mention of any deadlines was ever made - not back in May and not when I called to reschedule in August. So imagine how stunned I was when arriving on the 25th (with only 13,500 miles on the car/ my service ticket was #600 ), only to be told that I was 2 days too late - as the 2 year free maintenance program had expired for me on Wed the 23rd. Therefore Toyota would not cover the cost of the oil. This is full synthetic oil - so it's about $90. to change it at Valvoline. I hadn't bought the car at Toyota of Greenwich, and it really felt that they got some sort of pleasure out of telling me that I was out of luck. I'm sure that I would have gone along with an offer to work something out - maybe do the oil at their cost or something. But no attempt was made to help me out at all. And I never got a follow-up phone call. So I think that service ticket #600 got tossed in the waste can. Bottom line - Once I had this experience, I haven't felt the same about the Toyota brand or the car - and I never want to see those service people again. I gave them 3 stars, because I changed the appointment - but obviously nobody at the dealership was looking out for me. More

Most seamless car buying experience ever From top to bottom, the staff at Toyota of Greenwich were absolutely fantastic and I was able to get the car of my dreams in less than a week after go From top to bottom, the staff at Toyota of Greenwich were absolutely fantastic and I was able to get the car of my dreams in less than a week after going in. Dave Sullivan explained everything to me from the options I had initially(lease/finance,etc) and got me a deal which I simply could no turn down. He kept me updated as the dealership located the vehicle all the way through receiving it and getting it all set for me to go in and pick it up. This was my first car buying experience and I hope to deal with Dave every time going forward. More

Great experience After going thru various other dealerships we directed to Greenwich Toyota. Finally we were experiencing great customer service. Mr Bob Federico and After going thru various other dealerships we directed to Greenwich Toyota. Finally we were experiencing great customer service. Mr Bob Federico and Mr Jeff Symeon were both respectful and ultimately knowledgeable about the Toyota we were looking for. They both made the transaction smooth and stress free. I would absolutely recommend Greenwich Toyota to family and friends . And I must add that there are other Toyota dealerships that could learn a lot from that establishment. More
