I had visited this dealership a few times in the past, and always got th This is one of those instances when one person can make all the difference. I had visited this dealership a few times in the past, and always got the same treatment: pretty much ignored. Seemed like a good ol' boys kind of place. Then I came in on a particular day, having called in and spoken to a salesman who was going to meet with me. But when I got there, he passed me off to Ms. Buster. She was friendly, upbeat, responsive and attentive; she seemed to enjoy interacting with customers,... In other words, completely different from any of the other sales people here to whom I'd spoken in the past. Already a Prius fan, now the task was to choose which midel would be my next. Shani patiently showed me 3 different models over the course of 2 months. (For the record, I was clear that I would need a new car soon, as my own wonderful 2001 now had 250k miles on it, but that I would be deliberate in the decision-making process.) Shani called twice with available vehicles, which I didn't jump on. I finally decided on the traditional Prius. When she had one, she called & described it, I tested it, and purchased it 3 days later. Shani Buster invested time and energy into a prospective customer not knowing whether I'd ever buy. I bought the car in large part because of her salesmanship and personal warmth. Toyota Of Greenwich's service department doesn't have a great reputation, and the vehicle comes with 1-year of basic service at this facility, so I wll have the opportunity to see for myself. (I have used Toyota of Stamford for service the last 10 years - they're excellent.) All this to say that I can't rate the dealership as a whole, but I sure can tell you who you should choose as your salesperson! More
