I was also impressed with his transparency on pricing. They got in the car with the jade color that I liked and I fell in love with it when I saw it in person. On the day I drove out, Keith spent a lot if time patiently explaining the features of the car. It was a torrential rain day and I remember the number of times he went out to the car to make it ready to drive. I will also mention Jeff who covered for Keith for sometime.
