St no time did we feel like we were being pushed to buy. The dealership negotiated a fair price with us and got us the car we wanted. When we picked up the car, Jeff spent a great deal of time with us explaining how all the features work, and even helped me pair my phone with the car and set up my favorites. No Need To Haggle! Great Deal and Great Trade In This is my second time back to Toyota of Greenwich in two years. Jeff Symeon was great and sold me what I wanted and didn't overly push the extras, j This is my second time back to Toyota of Greenwich in two years. Jeff Symeon was great and sold me what I wanted and didn't overly push the extras, just presented them. We wrapped the deal up in fifteen minutes and then took a test drive! After all, there's no point in wasting everyone's time if you don't like the deal. I traded in my 2015 Tundra work truck and got a great price on it. When I had questions about the deal the sales manager Bob and the business manager Anthony were there to step in and answer them. None of that back and forth with the salesman being the messenger that takes forever to get your answer. Great deal, great people, great dealership with the family touch. Thank you. More

Stress free!! I went in to check out the RAV4's because my Subaru lease was almost up. Jeff gathered my information regarding my budget and my wants in the car. I h I went in to check out the RAV4's because my Subaru lease was almost up. Jeff gathered my information regarding my budget and my wants in the car. I had to leave for a short while but when I returned Jeff had 2 cars ready for me to look over and I drove the car I ended up leasing. This was the most stress free experience dealing with a salesman and dealership I've ever had. Thank you Jeff for being patient, pleasant (funny too!), quick to find answers and extremely efficient. I took home my new car the next morning and even had a little note on the windshield from Jeff. Personal touches made me feel at home. I previously owned a Highlander from Toyota of Greenwich but changed over but I'm back and so glad I did. More

Wasn't planning to buy it! I was doing an internet search for Toyota 4Runners and saw the truck I was interested in at Greenwich Toyota. On a whim I went there to see the 4Runne I was doing an internet search for Toyota 4Runners and saw the truck I was interested in at Greenwich Toyota. On a whim I went there to see the 4Runner with no intention of buying anything. I met Dave when I walked in and he was easy to talk to with no pressure at all. We went to the storage area to retrieve the 4Runner and I drove it back to the dealership. Dave was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner and took his time explaining all of the features and how they worked. We sat down and he gave me a price for it and we negotiated a good deal for the 4Runner and some options. Put a down payment on it and picked it up the next morning! Very pleased with everyone at this dealership from Dave and Anthony to the service and finance manager! More
