From our interactions with the sales associate to their general sales manager it was all smoke and mirrors. They literally gave us a price for a vehicle, we placed a deposit, they then delayed giving us the buyers order for two weeks during which the vehicle price was magically increased by $3000 for the same exact car. They didn't even have a consistent reasoning for the price increase, ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional place, would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to be swindled!! More

Our sales person Dave Sullivan was amazing. I told him what I wanted and he called me when he thought a car that I would love came in. I loved it (a 2019 RAV4 with low milage) and bought it. They have a Dishonest sales department, bait and switch, completely wasted my time. I spoke to them on the phone about a specific model and price, as soon as I got there they gave me a completely differe completely wasted my time. I spoke to them on the phone about a specific model and price, as soon as I got there they gave me a completely different pricing and pretended they didn't even know what I was talking about. And they try to switch me into a different car that I was not even interested in. I do not recommend using this dealership due to their unethical sales practices. More
