(It is actually the same color, too,) Under the guidance of a wonderful salesperson, Bobby C. my decisions were easy to make, as the Toyota representatives laid out choices and asked for my opinions. In less than one day, the vehicle was selected, the plates transferred, insurance taken care of, and the transfer of trunk cargo happened; it could not have been simpler. Excellent Experience I had leased a basic RAV 4 as a 'second car' that my babysitter used. As my kids grew up the 16 year olds started to learn to drive on this car too. At a recent service the service guy pointed out to me that I needed new back brakes, 4 new tires, and that I was significantly 'over mileage'. He suggested I go next door to the showroom and sales people to see what they suggested. Keith Olsen could not have been more helpful and courteous. He was honest, straightforward, I did not feel I was being 'sold to' like I usually do with a car buying experience. Keith was very helpful, candid, and I walked away with a brand new RAV 4 Limited Hybrid. Very happy. Fantastic car and totally serves our family needs right now. More

Great experience I originally came in to look at a certified used car. Although that car was not available I was able to test drive the 2017 model. When I decided to g I originally came in to look at a certified used car. Although that car was not available I was able to test drive the 2017 model. When I decided to go with a new car, Keith took the time to explain all the options and calculated prices for several different models. I chose the lease option was was able to pick up my new car the same day. At no time was I subjected to the "hard sell". Since the purchase, the dealership has called several time to assure that I was still satisfied. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. All in all a positive, stress free experience.
