Fair and Professional Service We needed to replace our 2005 Avalon which had lots of miles. There was one car we were interested in and we worked with Jeff Symeon. He listened to our needs and was willing to work with us for the amount we wanted to spend. We were unfamiliar with the features of the new car and he took the time to go over everything. He remembered to remove important items we forgot to take from our old car and helped set up the basic functions in the new car like phone, maps, radio, and driver seat so we were ready right out of the gate. He took his time with our test drive and showed us some of the features of the car during the drive and gave us flexibility on where we went within the recommended route. We did not feel the dealership was high pressure- they provided us with all possible options to purchase but were ok when we chose not to purchase them. We like dealing with this small family dealership that is personal and friendly rather than a high pressure, high volume dealership. Anthony, the business manager, was also pleasant to work with. We have also found their service department to be trustworthy, fair and very service oriented; we used them to service our old car. Thanks for a great experience. We love our car and we highly recommend them. More
