I expressed my concerns and thought if this dealership meets my needs, that I will do the deal. I was honest and said I had contacted other dealerships for prices. Car buying isn't usually very enjoyable, but I have to say this experience was remarkably pleasant. And the price was very competitive. I visited 7 dealers and Toyota of Greenwich was the best. There were a few minor glitches after we bought, and Jeff handled them all immediately and seamlessly, even driving personally to our home 30 min away to take care of something with the car the day after we drove it home.
