Starting with a seven week wait for Toyota to get around to find a particular color I wanted and he could not find any local dealer in this area who would help him with an exchange. Then we had to deal with a changeover by Toyota to the 2016 model and no more 2015's; another long delay.But this did mean that I got the latest model !! Thanks, very much, Jeff, for this.. Then he and I found that a set of side protectors could not be added to my car when the new car finally arrived reached this dealer, because the man who does this work had gone to Italy for a two week vacation!! Jeff had to try and find him, without success. And not one of the senior men in this dealership seemed to help Jeff with this problem. Jeff did finally get this problem done, and I have exactly what I had originally asked for. There is a real problem with way this dealership is managed; But Jeff persisted for me and I am very grateful to him !!! More

Jeff's expectation was that we would be 100% satisfied. He noticed there were no floormats after we agreed to buy. I figured this was just one of the issues of buying used vs new. Jeff said he wouldn't sell a car to us without the mats. He arranged for all corrections to be made. Within a week all the parts were in. I returned tue car, got a loaner that morning, by 2 p.m. I received pictures confirming everything was ready to go. I'm very happy. More
