We were there for service and while waiting we took a look around the lot. From the friendly no pressure welcome Shani Buster gave us through the review of all the Highlanders on the lot, we were starting to think that buying a new Highlander might be a good choice. Shani made it easy with her friendly, helpful personality. We were sold. Arriving at the price was fair and open and professionally presented by Vince Lombardi. Terri Morris made it simple and easy at close. They found the Highlander we wanted and delivered it to us in days. Shani took us through the new tech tutorial (our last Highlander was a 20009) and we were off. Great experience. Highly recommend it. J & K More

Great customer service in a family friendly atmosphere I recently visited Toyota of Greenwich with my wife and two young daughters to purchase a used Highlander Hybrid. When we got there Jeff Symeon came o I recently visited Toyota of Greenwich with my wife and two young daughters to purchase a used Highlander Hybrid. When we got there Jeff Symeon came out to greet us. It turned out that someone was in the process of purchasing the car we came to see. Instead of trying to pit the two buyers against one another, they just allowed the first buyer to complete the purchase without any additional pressure from us. This made me comfortable that we were at the right place. They had another used Highlander Hybrid for sale, and continued to treat us professionally making every effort to make the purchase process as easy as possible. We were also assisted by Vincent Lombardi, Terry Morris, and Keith Olsen. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had at a car dealership. More

This is the 5th car I purchased from Toyota of Greenwich I think that the headline of my recommendation says it all. My car buying experiences (new and pre-owned) have been excellent here. In a business which is not particularly transparent - or respectful of women, Toyota of Greenwich has exceeded my expectations.
