With very limited time and two toddlers in tow, Claudia was precise , friendly, entertaining to my kids and got me out of there in no time with my new Sienna. I couldn't believe when the dealer called me to see if I wanted to trade in my 30 month old Sienna for a new one and lower my payment by almost $50 a month. There had to be a catch! To my surprise, there was none. In fact the new car has so many more features than the one I traded in, like navigation, sync to our I-Phones for iTunes etc. I will be returning to Greenwich Toyota again for my next vehicle soon as we are a two car family. I was just going to get a first hand view & understanding of the Prius V vs the regular Prius & then figured I would buy it somewhere else for a better deal.
