The first time I came in as a walk-in. Although I'd read a lot of information about the Prius and it's rivals on line I needed to see the different models physically. The lease on my 2010 Prius was up, so back I went to Toyota of Greenwich. I asked for Len, who was my salesman for my last three Prius' and told him what I wanted and what I needed in the vehicle.
