I do not recommend getting a car from this person. I assumed having an agent from the same nationality would mean better service, but I was wrong. He has been avoiding my calls and making it hard for I assumed having an agent from the same nationality would mean better service, but I was wrong. They sold me a third-party extended warranty that I was led to believe was from Toyota, and now they are making it extremely difficult for me to get a refund. Very unprofessional. More
