Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. What’s even worse is that once I mentioned I would not be doing business with them and would be leaving a bad review, suddenly the “impossible” price became possible and they wanted to work with me — just to stop me from posting a review. That is unethical and manipulative. It’s clear that management has done a terrible job training their team on how to treat customers with basic respect. They should be ashamed of themselves. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area — take your business elsewhere. More

I came to this dealership with high expectations that they would be fair. The problem was with the service writer, Paul Villacres, who really was unethical in immediately trying to overcharge me when my they would be fair.
