I never received my sales or warranty documents despite multiple requests, and the warranty was described as “bumper-to-bumper,” which turned out to be inaccurate and cost me $700 out-of-pocket. Communication from Kellen T., Denis, Rosie, and Jay R. has been inconsistent, with little follow-up. To make matters worse, my temporary tags expired and I still don’t have my registration, leaving me unable to legally drive the car. Disappointing experience overall. More
