They did not wash my car (I did request it) and there were black fingerprints all over the outside AND inside of my car. There was also an empty water bottle in my cup holder! My seat and steering whee were black fingerprints all over the outside AND inside of my car. There was also an empty water bottle in my cup holder! My seat and steering wheel had been moved. I reported these things to the staff and they said it would take over 30 minutes to get the car washed. I asked if perhaps they could just wipe off all of the black fingerprints but they said “no”. Very poor service 😞 More
