Unfortunately this was my worst customer service experience yet. I've had mediocre service at this location before but I try to stay with a dealership service center in general. I was rushed out the door (granted it was closing time) without any explanation or review of what services were completed/not completed. Everyone was very nice and we were in and out quickly when we were picking up our new Toyota Tacoma. The reason I would recommend the dealership is because I did get the deal I would have expected on my car. Much of the negotiation was does on the internet and over the phone. There was little haggling to get the numbers where I thought they were reasonable. The negative issue was that the car was not at the dealership as expected; it was stuck at the port only a few mile away. The sales person assured me that it would be delivered shortly a couple of times when I asked when in fact it took over a month. She should have been straight with me. When we talked to the manager to get a firm date and time he also was vague. I was under lease with an other Toyota and I did not want to pay another lease payment and have the car delivered the next week and effectively lose my payment (or part of) when turning my other car in. The manager put in writing that the payment on the old lease would be deducted from the down payment of the new lease. The new car was delivered a day after I paid the lease on the old car. The manager gave me a hard time about deducting the lease payment on the new lease. He finally gave in but then Toyota charged me for damage to the car that never was there. They were dishonest. I had any damage to the car repaired only a few months earlier and the body was flawless. I am sorry that I did not review the old car with them in person and gotten an assessment in writing. Beware and be tough when working with these people. More
