I bought the car a month ago, they didn’t give me the second key of the car. Sales rep Melissa told me that I was going to get notification from the office when they got my key ready. And when I came for registration I asked for the keys to Melissa and she started to blame me by saying I was the one who’s supposed to run after my keys and stuff. She is not professional, she was nice until she got the sales, then she started to lie and blame me with her faults. More
