Very dissatisfied with my experience with the service department. To charge 130 dollars to do a diagnostic check on a car is already an outrageous expectation. But to have a 7:40 am appointment and not b department. To charge 130 dollars to do a diagnostic check on a car is already an outrageous expectation. But to have a 7:40 am appointment and not being notified of the diagnostic update until after 1:00 in the afternoon? Ridiculous. The car was dated and I expected to possibly refuse the service because it made more sense to purchase a new vehicle, but the service agent was rude when I asked her to apply a coupon to the service For the diagnostic check. If I had been treated with a bit more sensitivity, I would have purchased a new vehicle that day. I am a loyal Toyota owner but if the lack of customer service is to be expected going further,I don’t want to own another. More

Ana was amazing! I went in and loved the car after the test drive. I’m working back on building my credit and Ana did everything she could to get my monthly payment to the area where I wanted it! I purchased a used 2019 Toyota Prius LE from Ms. Ana Mayers, I had a wonderful buying experience at Toyota of Hackensack on Saturday, August 15, 2020. I purchased a used 2019 Toyota Prius LE from Ms. Ana Mayers, who was warm, professional, and knowledgable. The car was beautifully prepped and vacuumed for me to take out the door by the team, and Ana even helped me connect my cell phone to the Prius Bluetooth. I financed this purchase through the dealership and did not trade a car in. Ana and the Finance team were patient with my questions and very clear with instructions on how to handle Service appointments, warranty options, and so forth. Additionally, everyone was wearing masks within the Sales center, and there were lots of hand sanitizer bottles throughout the building -- these precautions helped me relax during the purchase process (considering COVID-19). Great catch of RAV4 I went to Toyota of Hackensack just to review what do they have in used inventory, what the prices are and so on.
