Had a great experience with Miriam from Toyota of Hackensack. I found one of their super low mileage used vehicles (377 miles!) on cars.com and sent an email to Miriam through the site. She was quick to respond to any questions and made herself available through the process. I've dealt with multiple dealerships over the last few months and most really irritated me yet Miriam was right down to business. I will be referring customers of mine as well as friends to Miriam at Hackensack. My only suggestion would be to have the other sales associates that aren't working with a customer to perhaps play on their phones somewhere else aside from the main entrance area. As I waited to sign my purchase documents on Saturday morning I was shocked at how many people were standing around doing nothing (8) by my count. What was irritating was that I walked outside to transfer my personal items into the new car and then came back in and they all greeted me like I hadn't just been sitting next to them for 25 minutes. I then explained that I was working with Miriam and the woman didn't listen and immediately starting saying she wasn't sure if Miriam was working that day. Thankfully Miriam walked up from the office and I didn't have to break it down any further. It made them appear very unaware of their surroundings and kind of clueless. More
