I gave it 2 stars due to the amount of wait and the $3.38 miscellaneous charge. No one deserves to wait 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. Anyone can youtube it and see how long it truly takes. I came here due to the service I originally received at the time of purchase. A customer shouldn't have to wait no more than an hour. I don't need an explanation on what the services entails and inspection and etc. More

It's a hit. My wife had a problem with starting her car, it had nothing to do with the mechanics of the vehicle. I can not place my finger on the problem, I felt My wife had a problem with starting her car, it had nothing to do with the mechanics of the vehicle. I can not place my finger on the problem, I felt that, if I had a remote starter installed in the vehicle, her starting problem would end. As it turned out, that was not an answer, The starter works fine, but the safety feature of shutting the car off on entry defeated my attempt to remedy my wife's problem. I will just have to work with her some more. I does not understand the concept of keeping her foot on the brake pedal until the car starts. More
