They don't do anything in regular services. I bought brand new Toyota Rav4 2016. The car comes with 5 free services. So for my last service, I went to Toyota of Hackensack, they did the full ser I bought brand new Toyota Rav4 2016. The car comes with 5 free services. So for my last service, I went to Toyota of Hackensack, they did the full service and they told me your car is good to go. Two weeks later, there was a sound from brakes of my car, so I went back to see what was wrong. They kept me there for another two hours and told me that my brakes need to be changed. So my question to them is what did they do in prior service? Two weeks ago my brakes were fine and two weeks later, they told me I need to immediately change my brakes because they were one mm thick. When I asked them to explain this, they said oh they probably forgot to look at your brakes. One thing I realized is that they don't actually look at your car at all. The worst service ever. Probably never going there again. More
