Toyota of Hackensack - Service Center

The service department is a little chaotic. When I went there for a scheduled service, the entrance road was blocked due to construction and there were no signage outside on where to proceed. Once I was a there for a scheduled service, the entrance road was blocked due to construction and there were no signage outside on where to proceed. Once I was able to reach the service area and find someone to assist me, I was directed to the reception area which was cramped with customers waiting. I had to wait longer than expected to get my car serviced which took almost 2 hours which normally takes 1 hour in other places. Even after the car was done, I was told my car is parked outside. When I got inside my car, I couldn’t find my keys. Eventually, somebody approached me to bring me my keys. It was just a confusing experience overall. More

Responsive to clients needs , they did put a wrong size for my rear windshield wiper. I came back within the hour, and they put in the correct size immediatelywithout having to go thro the front desk proce for my rear windshield wiper. Got appointment immediately which was great. Left car, they contacted me with issues and we agreed to get car fixed. Very informative about everything.
