Went for a tire replacement and was told prior tire was in stock showed up to appointment and waited 45 mins to be told tire was not in stock . When they taxied out my car to me 2 people where in it on wit in stock showed up to appointment and waited 45 mins to be told tire was not in stock . I had an scheduled appointment at 1pm on Friday for change oil and tire rotation. The car was done about 4pm. That was unacceptable time for waiting for just an oil change and tire rotation. I have been coming here many years and it is always a pleasant experience. They do very good work on my car. I went in for my multi point inspection and tire rotation .Drew was very professional and plea pleasant experience. They do very good work on my car. He came into the waiting room later and explained to me what was found but did not put any pressure to have it fixed right then and there since it was not something that would interfere with the operation of my vehicle. I intend to come back soon to fix that but was not able to do it right at that moment. More
