I have been two different Toyota Hackensack and Hudson from past 2 years. None of them can found out my driveshaft had problem until a local Japan auto technician found it for me. Hudson Toyota charged from past 2 years. None of them can found out my driveshaft had problem until a local Japan auto technician found it for me. Hudson Toyota charged me over $1,500 for just change brake systems and Hackensack charged me over $1,500 last year. Till this time, because Japan Technician heard the sound and identified the problem. So sad about Toyota service quality. More

Great service. I liked the “Are you being helped” The only issue was the complimentary car wash.. I was told my car was going to be washed but it wasn’t .. They dealt with the issues in quite immeasurable ways. The car runs great but when it rains the brake feels a little funny! Good service and excellent customer assistance. Except for the young valet driver who was very disrespectful, drove my 4runner as it was a sport car, did not hand me off the keys, so I had to search them for the young valet driver who was very disrespectful, drove my 4runner as it was a sport car, did not hand me off the keys, so I had to search them in the car, did not say a word, left the door open and walked away.
