I have always found the service department to be fast, efficient and attentive. This time around, I brought my Prius in because of a hybrid system failure warning caused by mice chewing the wiring - $8000 efficient and attentive. This time around, I brought my Prius in because of a hybrid system failure warning caused by mice chewing the wiring - $8000 damage!!
