I asked the two representatives I encountered to ensure all four air valve caps were replaced, as after last servicing one was missing. Two hours later, my vehicle was done. With one air cap still missing. And a large muddy boot print, not mine, inside the the driver's door sill. Inattention to detail, carelessness, and no consideration of my time or property informed my experience. I have bought two vehicles from Toyota of Hackensack and am considering another in 2024.
