Terrible experience at this establishment. Mistreated, embarrassed and ridiculed. Worst dealership in south Florida. My experience was absolutely terrible. I'm a 70 year old man and was taken completely advantage of. Let me explain my experience. I went in to purchase a new or used vehicle. I have already previously purchased 2 vehicles from the location. Laila Rhenai was the person who assisted me. Once I selected the vehicle I wanted everything was perfect. Once I signed the paper I noticed there was a cracked in my front bumper. I asked them to replace and I was mislead and told it would be fixed no problem. Not only did I make multiple trips to get this fixed, everytime i go they told me they couldn't help yet the sale person kept making me appointments. I tried reaching out to her but she ignored my calls for days till I had to come in person. I Spoke to a manager named Max Martinez . He laughed in my face telling me how can I let a girl with a pretty face take advantage of me. That this what happens when you purchase a car. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WAS LAUGHED, EMBARASSED, AND RIDICULED More

i came in for 5000 mile service to get my tires rotated,,i had wheel locks on,they used the power wrench & striped 2 of them & could not get them off..they wanted $80.to get them off.i said you str rotated,,i had wheel locks on,they used the power wrench & striped 2 of them & could not get them off..they wanted $80.to get them off.i said you stripped them then they took them free.but i could not use them again.,they were stripped.they should use hand wrench,not the power one to loosen them then the power wrench.i went there 4 x.
