I purchased a car and as part of the trade-in, I had a positive balance of $400 dollars. They said they would send me a check, but it never arrived. Andris, my service rep was great as always. I do wish that it wouldn’t take so long for an oil change especially when I get there at 0700. My service advisor Brandon is the best. He has great customer service and is available when every I need him in sudden emergency. Brandon explains the detail of my contract the most. I have experience the same situations (flat tire issues) at other dealership. However I was more please with the service Brandon provided for me . He is very polite and genuine. He also informed me on service required on my LEASE vehicle so I am up to dated on my vehicle. More
