I had a good experience @ Toyota of Hollywood, I got a great deal on a new car lease, and the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about the car, but I didn’t get a full tank of gas like I was suppose great deal on a new car lease, and the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about the car, but I didn’t get a full tank of gas like I was supposed to get when the car was delivered to me, also I am do for a free car tint, but I am having trouble contacting the right person to set this up with, So that’s been the only issue so far, other than that, the experience was good. My experience with the Collision center/ Body Shop was the worst. the lack of regard and respect to the customer is ridiculous- like they are doing you a favor when we are paying a lot of money for scratc the worst. the lack of regard and respect to the customer is ridiculous- like they are doing you a favor when we are paying a lot of money for scratch! It is simply RIDICULOUS and outrageous the arrogance and the lack of customer service of the staff working in this department. As I stated before I though Headquarter Toyota in Hialeah was bad, No! This Hollywood Toyota is WORST! By the way, Mayelin Reyes needs help with her customer service skills. Arrogance and lack of respect shouldn't be allowed. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
