I had an absolutely awful experience with Toyota of Hollywood, Florida. After purchasing my car, I reached out multiple times—through phone calls and emails—about a gap insurance issue I needed resolve Hollywood, Florida. After purchasing my car, I reached out multiple times—through phone calls and emails—about a gap insurance issue I needed resolved. Unfortunately, my attempts to get any help were completely ignored. The customer service at this dealership is beyond incompetent. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one ever bothered to get back to me. It's clear they couldn't care less about their customers once the sale is done. I’m left dealing with a problem that should have been addressed immediately, and I’m beyond frustrated. If you're considering doing business with them, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of other dealerships that value their customers and actually provide the support they promise. Toyota of Hollywood is a major disappointment, and I regret ever walking through their doors. Would not recommend to anyone, and I’m warning others to avoid them at all costs! More
