The service department, drive through and waiting room are designed to handle a large volume of customers at a time and resembles an airport terminal more than a service department. That said, I'm always amazed at how efficiently it is run. From the porters to the service advisors, it functions like a well oiled machine. All customers are greeted, automobiles are checked for damage to body, undercarriage, fluid leaks and even tire wear as they are driven in and then parked to receive more vehicles. In addition, there are always plenty of service advisors on hand to help customers. My service advisor is Isiah. I've always been very happy with the way he takes care of my vehicle. More
