Very Quick and Easy, First off I went online to see what was available on Hollywood’s TOYOTAS lot. I found a Black Limited Tacoma Hybrid and couldn’t believe my eyes! They had my perfect truck, so I fi what was available on Hollywood’s TOYOTAS lot. I found a Black Limited Tacoma Hybrid and couldn’t believe my eyes! They had my perfect truck, so I filled out the form online at 9:30pm Sunday night for more information on the truck. Not ten min later I had Sophia Amour, (my online sales rep) giving me all the information on the truck and confirming that it was available. So I set an appointment for the next morning at 0900. The following day at 0802 I had Yourie Joseph reaching out to me to have everything ready for my arrival. I arrived at the appointment at about 15 min late and Yourie Was ready. She took me up in the huge garage, And I saw trucks and cars everywhere as we were walking out to the truck I almost changed my mind for a gray Tacoma I saw as I was walking by but I then saw my truck and fell in love. It was perfect. Yourie drove me out of the garage and got me to a safe place to test drive the truck. It was better than expected so I wanted to continue my purchase. Did about 10 min of negotiating, (not bad and reasonable). Went back to the financial department to finalize my purchase. I was out about 10:45 driving away with two $20 vouchers for fuel. No Complaints. More

My service rep was very good, I was disappointed with the area that’s supposed to bring you car out once service is complete I was on my my lunch break my service rep contacted me to advise service completed area that’s supposed to bring you car out once service is complete I was on my my lunch break my service rep contacted me to advise service completed once I got there everything was in order until it was time to receive my car I had to wait 30 minutes because no one knew where my car was I was very upset now I’m late getting back to work, so that’s the only area I was very disappointed they need to do better More

Very disappointed with my car purchase at the Hollywood dealership. I bought a car, gave the deposit for it, yet when the car arrived I was assured that I had a couple of days to come back for it to finali dealership. I bought a car, gave the deposit for it, yet when the car arrived I was assured that I had a couple of days to come back for it to finalize payment with the dealership, only the weekend had gone by and then I was informed that the dealership had sold my car over the weekend to another customer, which the sales representative assured me would not happen and that I had time to settle the insurance of the car without taking the car home. That complication led me to have to wait for another three weeks for ANOTHER brand car on back order. Immediately when the new car arrived, that same day in the afternoon after a long day of work I went to the dealership to settle everything with them. Beyond that, I understand that everyone is tired in the afternoon after working but when I was attended by Ludmila Gavrilova it was probably the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL encounter in that dealership. She is the finance manager and as she was about to leave work, she got assigned to attend to my finance of the car, so needless to say she was in an extreme rush for me to sign all the papers. She proceeded to rudely slam all the papers in the desk, demanding me to sign them right away because she wanted to leave already, I was taking my time to read the contract thoroughly (as every customer has the right to), she said all the information in those documents had already been checked and were correct and that there was no need for me to check. Each document that I checked was incorrect, it had all my information with another customer’s name on it, which she would have realized had she checked properly. After pointing out all her mistakes, she kept quiet and continued to roll her eyes, blaming the sales representative for the oversight. She even did a “better job” at checking my registration that when I got home and checked the rest of the papers, they were done incorrectly . I am very upset with the process of purchasing this car, it has been more of a hassle than imagined. I highly advised that Ms. Gavrilova takes a refresher course on how to treat customers, as no client should be mistreated, especially when making such a big purchase as a vehicle and paying a huge dealer fee for this type of service. More
