I signed up for a 39. 99 oil change on the website and was charged almost 80$ despite the scheduled appointment said differently. I was told my vehicle was not applicable to the deal. I also received a coupon from your dealership for 44.99 oil change but was told that would not apply. Immediately following the oil change I recieved a call from Toyota asking me to schedule service for 39.99. When I told them it won’t be honored as it doesn’t apply to my vehicle they said that’s not correct, if the schedule system says one thing g and a coupon says the same thing it should be honored.
