This dealer has the most pre-owned inventory which is why I went there. Here is my experience. From start to finish took 5 hours from 2pm to 7pm. Not the easiest car purchase I ever made. It took a lot of b I went there. Here is my experience. From start to finish took 5 hours from 2pm to 7pm. Not the easiest car purchase I ever made. It took a lot of back and forth to come to a deal. Finance person did not return phone calls when I called and left messages as to why my loan payoff had not been paid. Eventually took 2 weeks for the loan to be paid off. The car said there was a key in the car but I could not find it. Had to bring in back and luckily the salesman was able to find it on the floor between the seat and the console. Both keys should have been handed to me. Also, I have had the car for 2 weeks and the car is indicating that maintenance is due. I thought they service the used cars before they are put on the lot for sale so now I have to take it in for service and I have heard from other people that you have to wait a long time to get your car serviced. Not sure I can recommend this dealer for the reasons I cited. More

Great personnel with "can do right now" attitudes. I wish some of the inventory on the used/auction side had my car with no damage on it. Overall great place to come and buy a car!
