We were overcharged on our agreed upon price with a $9. 06 “miscellaneous charge”. Very unhappy about this. With today’s economy I don’t appreciate surprises. Please explain the miscellaneous charge? I usually get great service at toyota of hollywood, Fl, however September 5 was not good. I waited 5 and a half hours without anyone giving me updates on my car.
