Just purchased my vehicle New in late March of 2024. I noticed a minor rust issue on the wheel rotor, was told by dealer it would clean off but it didn't fully. To make matters worse, unfortunately everytime it rains it exacerbates the issue and poor look of the rotor and possible damage. When I took the car in for my first maintenance check (early July) and I was told the rust isn't a maintenance issue just cosmetic that occurs. Was told they will check with Toyota and get back with me but I have yet to hear anything from them since. Very disappointing, I expected better customer service and a real solution to the rust issue I'm experiencing. More

I was very disappointed in the staff at this service location. I arrived in time for my service appointment and the representative who was supposed to take care of me was NO WHERE to be found.
