Please be advised that we encountered an extremly unpleasant and dishonest experience at Toyota of Hollywood during our recent attempt to lease a RAV 4 XLE Premium. After a three-week wait for the de unpleasant and dishonest experience at Toyota of Hollywood during our recent attempt to lease a RAV 4 XLE Premium. After a three-week wait for the delivery, we were informed upon arrival that the previously agreed-upon lease deal would not be honored, resulting in a $100 monthly increase. Despite our efforts to seek assistance from the general manager and the finance representative, we were met with indifference and a lack of knowledge, respectively.
